*We will guarantee a room with a credit card number but prefer a 50% personal check as your form of payment.

Minimums apply throughout the year unless otherwise arranged.
3-night stays apply on weekends from Memorial Weekend through Columbus Day Weekend in October, and Holiday Weekends in the quiet season.
2-night stays are valid during the quiet season. During the quiet season, regular rates apply on special event dates and December weekends.
Occasionally a one-night gap appears between the reservations and in this instance a one night stay is welcome, or due to a last minute cancellation we can offer a one night stay the day of. Room selections are at Innkeeper's discretion for a one night stay. Best room available will be offered upon check-in. One night reservations are paid in full in advance and no refund will be made if booking is canceled.
Also occasionally, if a four night vacancy is all that remains for a room in July or August over a weekend, then we may require all four nights to be booked, which is one night over our usual three night minimum.
If you cancel before 15 days of your scheduled arrival, a $35 administrative fee will be charged for each room reserved.
If you cancel within 15 days of your scheduled arrival, a one-night fee (per room) will be charged.
If you cancel within 3 days of your scheduled arrival, the entire reservation will be charged to your account.
Management is not responsible for inclement weather, health issues, early departures or for any other reason beyond our control.
There are no refunds or changes on one-night bookings & gift certificates.
Refunds are at Innkeeper's discretion based on re-rental of room.
We Promote Peace and Privacy
Our house is insulated well enough for considerate adults, however, young children find us tiresome. We have several rooms that can accommodate a family with well-mannered young people. Consider our Carriage House suite for young families with babe-in-arms or a toddler and we will bring the breakfast over for the adults! That way, you enjoy the bed and breakfast accommodation and your little one can be themselves and not disturb the other guest's quiet time.
Smoking Is not permitted anywhere on our premises. We appreciate our smoking guests & suggest taking a stroll around our delightful neighborhood. Please dispose of your filter responsibly in the receptacle provided by our driveway and never in the flowerbeds or room trash.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in: 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Check-out: 11:00 AM
however you can use the property until 1:00 PM.
Late Arrival by Prior Arrangement
We are a small inn and do not have a night clerk.
Arrangements can be made to accommodate a later check-in if you are anticipating arriving after 6:00 PM.
Please inform us at your time of booking if you require a late check-in so we can go over our procedure with you.
We require your cell phone number so we can be in touch with you on the road if necessary.
Available for those "What do I get them?" occasions! Very thoughtful.
They can be purchased for any dollar denomination and have a one year validation.
We will process your gift over the phone and mail it to you in that day’s mail.
