For those couples seeking an outstanding location for your unforgettable wedding, we provide an intimate venue, for up to 40 guests, to allow your family and friends to gather in a relaxed atmosphere for your wedding weekend.

To offer you the ultimate privacy for such a special occasion we require you to take the entire house for a two night stay. Your packaged cost includes all guest rooms accommodating up to 23 guests, for two nights bed & breakfast, private use of the Inn for two days, on site catering for your reception with passed hors d'ouvres, a sit down dinner for up to 40 guests maximum with two entree choices, wait staff and specified rentals.

If you wish to have your wedding ceremony at the Inn, we have several choice locations; in front of the fireplace or out on our sun porch. Weddings are popular over on the beach or at the gazebo at the end of Beach Avenue.

There are also several chapels to choose from. Some pre-planning with the town clerk is necessary. The Mayor or Justice of the Peace can officiate, or a Minister of your choice.

Because we do not have a liquor license, you may supply any alcoholic beverages. You will be responsible for your photographer, music and floral needs. Of course we can guide you.

All deposits are non-refundable, unless the wedding date reserved can be re-booked for the same amount.

We have ten bedrooms that can accommodate up to 23 guests at a maximum occupancy. Seven guest rooms have queen beds, one suite has a king bed and 2 additional single beds in a separate bedroom and our Carriage House has a king bed. There is the option of additional cots in some of our larger rooms if necessary.

Wedding Rates
The cost to reserve the Inn exclusively for your function is $15,500.00 May - December or any holiday or event weekend during the quiet season. All ten rooms must be reserved for two nights for a weekend wedding. Summer months & holiday weekends are not available unless you are willing to book for our minimum 3 nights stay during these times. $10,800.00 is the rate when reserving the Inn during the shoulder season or weekday. An additional rate of $3,050.00 is for the third night for the whole house.

Everything was wonderful - from the rooms, to the rehearsal dinner, to the wedding lunch and the most incredible wedding cake I have ever seen or tasted (with which all our guests agreed). In fact, our photographer said it was the only wedding cake she has ever been tempted to taste.

Both you and Wolf were so patient and helpful with not only all the arrangements, but in dealing with a prima donna such as myself. Not to mention how kind you both were in preparing lunch for the two guests who were unable to arrive until after the reception had ended. We could not have asked for more gracious hosts than you and Wolfgang, nor for a more intimate and elegant wedding site.
